WHAT IS SLEEP APNEA AND SNORING ?

Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder when breathing repeatedly stops and starts by a blockage of the airway.

Snoring is caused by a narrowing of the airway that causes vibration of tissues in the back of the throat.  Snoring is a sign of sleep apnea.
